Paris Through a Viewfinder
This amazing city was captured beautifully through the viewfinder of an old medium format Pentax viewfinder. Posted on PetaPixel

Here is another very simple and effective tip for shooting portraits outdoors. Use your flash, even in the daylight, to get rid of any shadows that have fallen on your subjects face. It’s called using a “fill flash”. Try using that term around your friends, it will make you sound like a real professional
Want a quick tip to help you take better portraits? Set your camera to aperture priority mode ( the A or Av symbol) and set your aperture to its largest opening ( the lowest number). This will help blur the background while keeping your subject in focus, making it pop more. Try it out
Project 365 Day 6, site of an old farm, all that is left is the silo. Thinking of doing a whole series on old, abandoned barns and farm houses.
In a previous post I discussed how I was attempting to complete Project 365 so that I could cross it off my bucket list. Since then I have had a few people ask what else was on my bucket list so I thought I would share. My list is far from complete and always growing, but this is what it looks like as of today. You can see which ones I have already crossed off.
Do you have a bucket list? What are some of the things on your list?
Project 365 Day 3, Dinner at my Grandma’s
Day 2 of Project 365 and It was a busy day today as my wife and I held a garage sale for a majority of the day so I did not get a chance to go out and take photos until this evening. This worked out well however because it was a beautiful day today and the afternoon light was gorgeous and it had been storming the night before so the sky was still filled with these large clouds. I traveled over to park I discovered earlier last week wanting to capture a barn I found there is different light and got a few good shots. I think Ill try this location again another time during sunset to see what I can get. I wish the park was open over night because I would love to get a shot there at with the night sky. Let me know what you think.
